Job summary

Giorgio Armani S.p.A. in Milano is seeking a Junior Designer to conceptualize and develop new flou collections that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with Emporio Armani designers to ensure products meet high standards of quality, functionality and style.

The role requires a Fashion Design degree, 3-5 years of experience, strong freehand drawing, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate, with fluency in English and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Freehand drawing ability.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate.
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for fashion and strong interest in art and visual culture.
• Strong sensitivity to fabrics and garment construction.
• Creative mindset, precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze seasonal trends and moods.
• Develop flou designs through freehand sketching and design software.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency across product categories.
• Work with Collection Merchandising to ensure alignment with brand DNA and commercial needs.
• Collaborate with Product Development to bring the collection to fruition.
