Location: Monfalcone

This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants.

What You’ll Do:

• Support lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes
• Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)
• Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow
• Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment
• Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement

Your Profile:

• Required: Italian and English speaker
• Open to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately
• Confident communicator with xrdbqlu the ability to integrate easily in different working environments
• Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
• Basic knowledge of Lean tools
• Desirables: Lean certifications
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality
