Röchling Group in Laives (BZ) seeks a Junior IT Service Specialist to design, implement, and optimize ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes. You will manage the divisional Service Catalogue, develop integrations with SharePoint, SAP, APIs, and drive automation.

You will collaborate with regional teams across Europe, Americas, and Asia to align KPIs, ensure governance, and support platform operations and roadmap development, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible working

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of ITSM and ITIL; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Interest in service management, process improvement, and automation.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD is an advantage.
• Interest in reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Good English language skills (B2); German is a plus.

Junior IT Service Specialist (m/f/x)

Where we need you

The Junior IT Service Specialist (m/f/x) operates within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Competence Center of the Röchling Automotive Division, reporting to the ESM IT Global Manager. The role is accountable for driving the design, implementation, and evolution of global ESM solutions across the Automotive Division’s global footprint.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.
• Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions
• Develop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 35.000,00 €. Any variation from the indicated salary may be considered based on skills, experience, or objective, gender-neutral factors such as: levels of experience and professional autonomy significantly different from those required for the role; specific knowledge, skills, and experience deemed strategic to the company's objectives; or particular market conditions that require different compensation arrangements to attract qualified candidates.
