Bolton Food in Italy (Cermenate) is seeking a PSO Controller to strengthen the Finance Department. You will join the PSO Controlling Team to drive the plant's economic performance by delivering accurate cost analysis and financial insights.

The role covers closing activities, cost forecasting, variance analysis, and payback studies for new launches. English proficiency and SAP knowledge are preferred.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering.
• 2–3 years of controlling experience, preferably in MNCs or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as OFFICE Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered a preferential requirement.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Manage closing activities, tracking and forecasting of production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity.
• Analyse production cost variances.
• Analyse plant economic performance against KPIs and act as a business partner for the Industrial team.
• Prepare cost reports related to new launches/products and perform payback analyses for investments.

How your agenda looks like:

• You will manage closing activities, tracking and forecasting of production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity;
• You will analyse production cost variances;
• You will analyse plant economic performance against KPIs and act as a business partner for the Industrial team;
• You will prepare cost reports related to new launches/products and perform payback analyses for investments.

Your team:

You will report to the PSO Controlling Manager Italy.

• Experience in controlling of 2-3 years, preferably in MNCs or FMCG;
