Job summary

Bolton Group in Italy (Cermenate) is seeking a PSO Controller to join the Finance Department and drive the plant’s economic performance through accurate cost analysis and insightful financial reporting. You will manage close activities, forecast production costs, analyze variances, and prepare cost reports for new launches, acting as a business partner to the Industrial team.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Economics/Finance or Management Engineering with 2–3 years in controlling and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics and Finance or Management Engineering.
2-3 years experience in controlling.
Knowledge of SAP is a preferential requirement.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of IT systems such as OFFICE Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage closing activities, tracking and forecasting of production and transformation costs for the Italian legal entity.
Analyse production cost variances.
Analyse plant economic performance against KPIs and act as a business partner for the Industrial team.
Prepare cost reports related to new launches/products and perform payback analyses for investments.
