Job summary

Leonardo in Italy is seeking a junior Environmental, Health and Safety specialist based in Venezia/Tessera. You will support compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, prepare procedures and train staff as part of a national HSE program.

The role requires a university degree in Security, Chemical or Environment, 1–3 years of experience, and good English (B1/B2). Hybrid working is offered with permanent contract and career development.

Qualifications

• University degree in Security, Chemical, or Environment.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations required.
• Experience with HSE management systems preferred.
• English level (B1/B2) and good communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Manage main processes related with HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• Prepare and verify technical procedures and operating instructions for HSE system.
• Verify compliance with health and safety standards at work and update DVR documents.
• Manage accident and near misses analysis and regulatory reporting.
• Interface with external bodies during surveillance audits.
