Leonardo SpA in Tessera (VE) is seeking an HSE Specialist to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and to manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 related processes.

You will prepare procedures, update DVRs, analyze accidents, and coordinate HSE training and audits with external bodies to ensure safe plant operations. Hybrid work and permanent contract offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations (mandatory).
• Knowledge of main HSE processes (ISO 14001/45001) (mandatory).
• English level B1/B2 in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Manage main HSE processes and systems (ISO 14001/45001).
• Prepare and verify HSE procedures and operating instructions.
• Draft and update health and safety documentation (DVR).
• Analyze accidents and near-misses; carry out investigations.
• Manage chemical management (MSDS evaluation; chemical risk assessment) and REACH impact on HSE.
• Ensure corporate reporting related to HSE.
• Arrange induction and periodic HSE training for employees and workers.
• Interface with external bodies (ASL, ARPA, Provincia) during audits.
• Ensure plant operations comply with air, water, waste, chemical and safety regs.
