Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. in IT - Venezia - Tessera is seeking an HSE Specialist to ensure environmental, health and safety compliance and to manage HSE processes. The role includes coordinating risk assessments, training, and liaison with external bodies while supporting corporate reporting.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a permanent contract, and a range of benefits including a 13th-month salary and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• University degree in Security, Chemical or Environment.
• 1–3 years of experience seniority.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations (mandatory).
• Knowledge of main HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Ability to manage accidents and near misses analysis (nice to have).
• Good English level (written and spoken B1/B2).

Responsibilities

• Help ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Manage main processes related to HSE management systems (ISO 14001/45001).
• Prepare and verify technical procedures and operating instructions relating to HSE.
• Verify compliance with health and safety standards and update DVR documents.
• Interface with external bodies during surveillance audits.
• Organize HSE induction and training and support corporate reporting.
