Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Junior Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team in delivering a welcoming, efficient workplace for Team Members. You will assist with HR processes, guide managers, and help foster a culture where people feel valued and empowered to grow.

You will coordinate onboarding for new joiners, manage casual and on-call workforce records, and build relationships with schools to support internship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality and HR processes.
• Ability to handle HR requests and policy guidance.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and internships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Members throughout their employee journey and advise on HR procedures.
• Manage casual and on-call workforce administration and records.
• Build relationships with schools and support internship programmes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives for Hilton as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate onboarding for new Team Members and ensure smooth integrations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and maintain records.
