Ramboll Italy seeks a Junior Engineering Geologist to join its collaborative team working on geotechnical site assessment, soil and groundwater investigations, and M&A due diligence across Italy/Spain. The role emphasizes hands-on technical contributions and cross-functional collaboration on premier land development projects.

The candidate will contribute to design work and reports, with a Bachelor's in Engineering Geology or Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and strong English skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Geology or Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required
• Master's degree strongly preferred
• Knowledge of geotechnical software such as Geo Studio (Slope/W, Seep/W) or similar
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with analytical, multitasking and judgment capabilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Mansioni

• Organising and supervising Site Investigation
• Contributing to engineering risk assessments, technical documents, and calculations
• Contributing to technical due diligence, soil risk assessment, and risk mitigation per current design standards
• Assisting a wide range of geotechnical design work, fully compliant with Eurocodes
• Assisting in preparation of expressions of interest and tenders including cost estimates
• Development and technical assurance of design, including client presentations and reports
