Ebury in Milan is seeking a proactive Business Developer / FX Sales Associate to kickstart a sales career in international finance. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to growth while learning about FX and global payments.

You will connect with decision‑makers, tailor approaches, and contribute to onboarding new clients. A strong drive, Italian fluency and business English are required for success.

Competenze

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate.
• Desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment.
• No prior FX experience? Training will be provided.
• Fluency in Italian and strong business-level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
