Ebury Milan – Office based is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager who will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, handling trading account setup, relationship management and deal execution. You’ll deliver bespoke FX strategies and manage products to minimize FX risk while supporting Ebury’s growth.

The role requires Italian and business-level English, strong communication and a track record in financial services sales. Milan office offers a dynamic environment and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience in FX institution and/or selling to SMEs/corporate clients is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and strong business English required.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements is important.
• Analytical ability and risk management awareness are valued.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, payments and cash management; upsell the product suite.
• Collaborate with a large sales team to originate business and understand client environments.
• Know competitors' capabilities to position Ebury’s solutions effectively.
• Deliver on KPIs: revenue retention, new business, and wallet share growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and proposals.
• Provide feedback to technology and product teams to improve offerings.
• Originate new business via networking and referrals.
