Beiersdorf Group in Milano is seeking a Junior Financial Planning & Analytics Specialist to join the Finance Department. You will support planning, reporting and performance analysis across the South of Europe Management Unit, working with cross-functional teams and international colleagues.

The role requires at least 2 years in FP&A or a similar finance function, solid Excel/PowerPoint skills, SAP knowledge, and good English communication.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A or similar finance role.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Consolidating and analyzing Sales data across the various countries within the Management Unit.
• Monitoring, consolidating, and reporting key business KPIs, including DSO and other financial performance indicators.
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting of General Expenses.
• Collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure the correct allocation of expenses by cost center and expense category.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly closing accruals and provisions.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly presentations for the management.

Your Tasks

About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Financial Planning & Analytics Specialist to join our Finance Department, working closely with the South of Europe Financial Planning & Analytics Manager. The successful candidate will support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis activities across the South of Europe Management Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidating and analyzing Sales data across the various countries within the Management Unit.
• Monitoring, consolidating, and reporting key business KPIs, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and other financial performance indicators.
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting of General Expenses
• Collaborating with the Accounting team to ensure the correct allocation of expenses by cost center and expense category.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly closing accruals and provisions.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly presentations for the management.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis activities.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
