Job summary

Beiersdorf SpA in Milano is seeking a Junior Financial Planning & Analytics Specialist to join the Finance Department, working closely with the South of Europe Financial Planning & Analytics Manager. The successful candidate will support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis activities across the South of Europe Management Unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Consolidating and analyzing Sales data across the various countries within the Management Unit.
• Monitoring, consolidating, and reporting key business KPIs, including DSO and other financial performance indicators.
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting of General Expenses.
• Collaborating with the Accounting team to allocate expenses by cost center and expense category.
• Supporting monthly closing accruals and provisions.
• Supporting monthly presentations for the management.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis activities.
