Brown-Forman Australia Pty. Ltd. in Milan is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide analytical insight to the local business team, working closely with Marketing and Commercial functions.

The role is hybrid, four days in the Milan office with Friday from home, focusing on budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support brand performance and decision making.

Competenze

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Commercial financial analysis or FP&A.
• Fluency in English language in everyday work.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead analytical reporting for commercial units including budget variance and depletions.
• Prepare accurate financial reports: forecasting and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Support presentations related to Actuals, budget, and forecasts.
• Be the first point of contact for marketing – Brand Expense Budget controlling.
• Support regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance and A&P spend.
• Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Responsible for the SOX/Audit controls and reporting.

Meaningful Work From Day One

This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the organization, working very closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. As a finance business partner the incumbent will interact with the Sales, the Trade/Customer Marketing, and the Marketing teams as well as the other departments to actively drive business decisions. This person will work directly for the Finance Manager.

This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office, Fridays working from home).

What You Can Expect

• Analytical lead for commercial units by preparing meaningful and actionable reporting including budget reporting, variance analysis, depletions reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including forecasting and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Support preparation of presentations relating to Actuals, budget, and forecasts.
• Be the first point of contact for marketing – Brand Expense Budget controlling.
• Support regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness A&P spend and analytics to support annual strategy.
• Ad-hoc analysis, special projects and support in all other areas of the Finance Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Responsible for the SOX/Audit controls and reporting.
• Support Finance Manager in daily finance department activities.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economy or Management Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Commercial financial analysis or FP&A.
• Fluency in English language in everyday work.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities.
• SAP Hana and BI/BW (Preferred).
