Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Junior VPC Specialist to support Vehicle Processing Center operations across Italy. You will help ensure vehicles are processed, inspected, and delivered to dealers in line with BYD quality standards.

The role is field-based, with regular travel to compounds, logistics hubs and dealerships, and requires 1-3 years in automotive/logistics operations, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and an ability to communicate in English at B1/B2 level.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in automotive, logistics, quality, workshop, or dealer network operations.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
English level B1/B2 or above.
Valid driving license.
Availability for frequent travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

Monitor VPC and PDI activities.
Coordinate compounds, logistics providers, and dealers to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Verify compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
Support technical campaigns and pre-delivery actions.
Analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports.
Support training and operational guidance for compound and dealer staff.
Identify and resolve operational issues impacting quality or delivery performance.
Collaborate with Logistics, Quality, Aftersales, and Dealer Network teams.
