Ferrero is seeking a Junior Energy & Industrial Decarbonization Support based in Alba, Italy. You will join the Energy & Industrial Decarbonization team to develop and deploy the Ferrero Energy App, collect requirements, test activities and provide training materials.

You will also roll out best practices across plants and analyze energy data to support improvements. You hold a Master's Degree in a technical field and have strong Excel/Office skills, an interest in dashboards, and fluency in

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Energy, Mechanical, Management, Environmental Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline.
• Strong interest in energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization and sustainability.
• Comfortable analyzing and organizing technical and financial data; good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Support development and deployment of the Ferrero Energy App; collect user requirements, support testing, provide first-level user support, and prepare training materials.
• Support rollout of energy and decarbonization best practices across Ferrero plants; collect and analyze information; contribute to plant assessments; monitor implementation status.
• Collaborate with plants and the Energy & Industrial Decarbonization team to support the Energy Awards process; prepare meeting materials and reports; monitor follow-up actions.
• Contribute to monitoring energy and decarbonization investments by updating tracking tools, collecting plant data, and preparing reports.
