Ferrero invites a recent graduate to join the Energy & Industrial Decarbonization team in Alba, Italy. You will help develop and deploy the Ferrero Energy App, collect user requirements, assist testing, and prepare training materials.

You will support plant assessments, document guidelines, and monitor improvement actions under the group energy program. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant engineering field, enjoy data work, and communicate effectively in English.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Energy, Mechanical, Management, Environmental Engineering or related technical/scientific discipline.
• Strong interest in energy efficiency and industrial decarbonization.
• Comfort analyzing and organizing technical and financial data; good Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Mansioni

• Support development and deployment of the Ferrero Energy App; collect requirements and feedback, assist testing and validation.
• Prepare training materials and guidance documents; coordinate and track requests and improvements.
