Ferrero in Alba, Piedmont, is seeking a Junior Digital Shelf & Agentic Commerce 6 months fixed-term role to support global eCommerce initiatives and enhance product visibility and content quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in ecommerce/digital/marketing, are data-driven, proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn in a collaborative, cross-market environment.

Junior Digital Shelf & Agentic commerce (6 months Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Role:

Join Ferrero’s global eCommerce team and help shape how consumers discover, understand and choose our products online. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of Digital Shelf and Agentic Commerce capabilities, helping create better shopping experiences across markets. Your work will have a direct impact on product visibility, content quality, and online conversion, while giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and discover how digital commerce is evolving around the world.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support key global initiatives that strengthen Ferrero’s online presence and help consumers find the information they need when shopping online.

You support Digital Shelf execution across markets, helping improve product visibility, availability, contentquality,and conversion.

You contribute to tracking,audits,and business reviews, working with technologypartners,andidentifyingopportunities to improve online performance.

You help develop best practices and content recommendations while supporting Agentic Commerce projects and coordinating actions across markets and functions.

About You:

You enjoy using data to understand consumer behavior and are curious about how people discover and shop for products online. You bring a thoughtful approach to your work and are ready to contribute to meaningful projects while building new skills.

You bring 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital, marketing,analytics,or a related field.

You can work confidently with Excel,PowerPoint,and data-driven tools to create insights and support decision-making.

You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across teams and markets, and are eager to learn about Digital Shelf and Agentic Commerce.
