Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A invites a Junior Designer Fashion Show Intern to Milan to contribute to upcoming collections. You will join the Design Team to assist with creative research, drafting detailed drawings, and writing precise specifications for color, materials, and construction.

You will collaborate with the team, participate in design meetings, and support the Design Office while showcasing creativity and a strong sense of luxury craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated in Fashion Design.
• Fluent in English and passion for luxury fashion.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills; ability to create technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creative research for upcoming collections.
• Draw detailed drawings and write specifications (color schemes, construction, materials, accessories).
• Support the Design Team in developing Fashion Show collections.
• General assistance to Design Office and contribute to design meetings.

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Junior Designer Fashion Show Intern, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Design Team helping us develop design ideas for upcoming collections.

You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.

• Participate in creative research for upcoming collections
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skills and technical drawings
• Draw detailed drawings and write specifications such as color schemes, construction, material types and accessories requirements
• Support the Design Team in the development of Fashion Show collections
• General assistance to Design Office and contribution to design meetings

WHO YOU ARE

• Recently graduated in Fashion Design
• Passion for luxury fashion, runway collections and Fashion Show environments
• You're skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and technical drawings
• You're known for your creativity and sensibility to luxury
• You communicate fluently in English

WHAT WE OFFER

• The position provides 800€ reimbursement
• Daily ticket lunch
• Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.

Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
