Experteer Italy is seeking a Demand Planning & S&OP specialist to balance demand with procurement and production in a global packaging machinery context. The role interfaces with engineering, purchasing, production and warehouse to ensure material availability and optimized inventory.

The position focuses on forecasting accuracy, lead times, and continuous improvement, with base salary starting from EUR 36,000 plus additional insurance benefits.

• Master in Engineering Management or related field.

• Plan demand and material procurement for upgrade projects based on delivery schedules.

In this role you will support the Demand Planning and S&OP processes to balance demand with procurement and production. You will work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse to ensure timely material availability and optimized inventory. You will analyze trends, maintain master data, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role with impact on forecasting accuracy, lead times and cost savings, within a global packaging machinery context.
