The role involves engineering activities related to the design, development and analysis of electronic and telecommunication systems, with responsibilities across requirements analysis, documentation, design, testing, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering.
• Skills in system engineering, microwaves and electronic design are valued.

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Defence System Engineer to join our office in Pratica di Mare within the Electronics and System Engineering Division.

Mission

The selected candidate will be involved in engineering activities related to the design, development and analysis of electronic and telecommunication systems.

Key Accountabilities

• Support to system engineering activities, including requirements analysis and technical documentation.
• Support to the design and development of electronic systems and components.
• Support to projects involving microwave and telecommunications technologies.
• Technical analysis, verification and testing of electronic solutions;Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the different project phases.

Education

Master’s Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering

Compensation Data

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between € 30,000.00 and € 40,000.00 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.

The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
