Job summary

Experteer Italy seeks a newly qualified to 1 PQE associate to support cross-border corporate and M&A work. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents, including share and asset purchase agreements, while advising on disposals, acquisitions and investments in multinational deals.

You will lead delivery of M&A or commercial transactions, collaborate with colleagues across overseas offices and time zones, and bring an enthusiastic, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified / 1 PQE associate
• Excellent academics (not less than 102/110)
• Excellent communication in Italian and English
• Ability to draft in both English and Italian standard commercial agreements and M&A documentation

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and M&A documents
• Draft share and asset purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements
• Advise on disposals, acquisitions, and investments in multi-national transactions
• Lead delivery of M&A or commercial transactions including due diligence
• Collaborate with colleagues across overseas offices and time zones
• Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an asset
