Withers in Milan seeks a newly qualified or 1 PQE Italian avvocato to join its corporate and M&A team. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and related documents for multi-national clients.

You will support disposals, acquisitions, and investments, lead due diligence activities, work with colleagues across overseas offices, and demonstrate strong English and Italian communication and IT skills.

Competenze

• Newly qualified / 1 PQE avvocato with corporate experience.
• Experience in a Corporate department is required.
• English proficiency at C1 level is essential.
• Excellent academics (minimum 102/110).
• Fluent Italian and English communication skills.
• Ability to draft in both English and Italian for commercial and M&A docs.
• Experience abroad for study or work is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with overseas offices.
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel).
