Job summary

Clifford Chance LLP in Monza-Brianza, Lombardia, seeks an Associate in the Corporate Transaction and Advisory team to advise world-leading clients on M&A and private equity deals, including cross-border and complex transactions.

You will collaborate across a global, multidisciplinary group to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal input and develop transactional and drafting skills while managing multiple work-streams.

Qualifications

• Associate (qualified up to 2025) with experience in M&A and Private Equity.
• Experience at top-tier international law firm or Italian structured law firm.
• Strong academic background.
• Team player with excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills.
• High level of commercial awareness; able to lead deals while managing multiple work-streams.
• Experience in transactions with listed companies is highly regarded.
