Dentons Italy is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Corporate M&A group in Milan. The role offers exposure to high-profile deals, hands-on training, and collaboration with a global team in an international law firm environment.

Ideal candidates hold an Italian law degree with a minimum score, a current license to practice in Italy, 1–2 years' PQE, and fluent English; additional languages and a proactive mindset are pluses.

Qualifications and Experience

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.
• High level of English (Certificate C1).
• Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Global mentality and enthusiasm.
