Job summary

FTI Consulting in Italy is seeking an Associate for the Corporate Finance team, starting in September 2027. You will join project teams and work with clients on diverse engagements, contributing to analyses and deliverables.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial and operational modelling, market research and planning, with a focus on restructuring and performance improvement. Fluent English and Italian required.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree with a graduation date between June 2026 – June 2027.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline will be considered; quantitative degrees are preferred.
• Fluent English and Italian (speaking and writing).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project teams and client engagements in Corporate Finance.
• Conduct sector and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to reports, pitches and stakeholder presentations.
• Support in financial and operational modelling to assess viability and profitability.
• Assist in business plans, turnaround strategies and roadmaps.
• Participate in carve‑out and integration planning and restructuring initiatives.
