FTI Consulting Italy S.r.l. is seeking a driven Associate to join our Corporate Finance team in Milan, starting in September 2027. You will work with a global, industry-leading advisory firm on high-impact engagements across due diligence, restructuring and value optimization.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a master’s program with a graduation date between June 2026 – June 2027.
• Quantitative degrees are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist project teams in executing engagements for corporate finance clients.
• Research sector trends and identify strategic, operational, commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to reports, pitches, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support market and company analyses to identify advisory opportunities.
• Assist in financial and operational modelling to evaluate viability.
• Assist in benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help develop business plans, turnaround strategies and roadmaps.
• Support carve-out and integration planning and project delivery.
