TR2 SRLS in Italy is seeking a Computer Vision Engineer to support the development and testing of computer vision and data processing solutions within EU projects.

You will grow skills in AI, imaging and applied research under the guidance of senior engineers on real-world satellite imagery, industrial sensors and environmental monitoring. The role offers a clear growth path in Europe''s exciting applied AI sector.

Competenze

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
• Good knowledge of Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Understanding of fundamental computer vision concepts (CNNs, object detection, image classification).
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and test computer vision algorithms under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Implement data preprocessing and augmentation pipelines for training datasets.
• Run experiments, evaluate model performance and document results.
• Assist in the development of detection, classification and segmentation models.
• Contribute to code reviews, unit testing and technical documentation.
• Support data annotation and dataset curation efforts.
• Participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
