Job summary

CMCC Foundation is seeking a Junior Communication and Training Specialist to join the Advanced Training and Education Center (ATEC) in Bologna. You will support design, organization and delivery of training initiatives online and in person, and produce multimedia content to raise visibility for CMCC projects including DCC-CR collaborations.

The role requires experience in e‑learning, course delivery, and strong editorial skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communication sciences, semiotics, media studies, digital communication, education sciences or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in communication and/or in the design and delivery of training activities.
• Proven ability to design and organise e‑learning and in‑presence courses, including set‑up of digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support design, organisation and delivery of online and in‑person training initiatives.
• Produce communication and multimedia content to increase visibility of CMCC activities.
• Assist in managing webinars, school on coastal resilience and related events.
• Support editorial and technical functions for learning platforms and course pages.
• Coordinate logistics of training activities in Italy and abroad.
• Help prepare reports, briefings and presentations for internal use and funding bodies.
