A technology company in Padua seeks a Procurement Assistant to manage procurement activities. Responsibilities include entering purchase orders, requesting supplier quotes, and managing electronic components. The ideal candidate has a technical diploma and a willingness to learn, preferably with some experience in purchasing or supply chain. Basic Excel knowledge and teamwork skills are essential. This role offers training and the opportunity to grow alongside a Senior Buyer.

Competenze

• Minimal experience in purchasing or supply chain is preferred.
• Interest in electrical/electronic field with willingness to learn.
• Accuracy and reliability are needed.

Mansioni

• Enters and updates purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Supports the collection of requirements from various departments.
• Requests quotes from suppliers and compares offers.
• Manages suppliers of electrical materials and electronic components.
• Handles procurement of electronic components for production.
• Supports management of non-conformities and supplier returns.

Basic knowledge of Excel
