A technology company in Padua seeks a Procurement Assistant to manage procurement activities. Responsibilities include entering purchase orders, requesting supplier quotes, and managing electronic components. The ideal candidate has a technical diploma and a willingness to learn, preferably with some experience in purchasing or supply chain. Basic Excel knowledge and teamwork skills are essential. This role offers training and the opportunity to grow alongside a Senior Buyer.

Descrizione del lavoro

The resource will receive internal training and will work alongside the Senior Buyer in the daily management of procurement activities, with increasing responsibilities also toward suppliers of electronic equipment, assembled boards (PCBA), and dedicated components.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enters and updates purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Supports the collection of requirements from Production, Project Managers, and the Technical Office.
• Requests quotes from suppliers and compares offers.
• Manages suppliers of electrical materials, electronic components, equipment, and electronic boards.
• Handles the procurement of electronic components intended for the production of boards and devices.
• Supports the management of non-conformities and supplier returns.
• Aligns constantly with Warehouse and Logistics on incoming materials, priorities, and critical issues.
• Follows administrative and documentation activities related to the procurement cycle.

Requirements and Skills

• Technical diploma (electrotechnics, mechatronics, electronics, management) or equivalent.
• Preferably minimal experience (including internship or 1–2 years) in purchasing, supply chain, production, or related roles.
• Interest in the electrical/electronic field and willingness to learn procurement processes.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and, preferably, ERP/MRP systems.
• Accuracy, reliability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Teamwork orientation and good relationship management with suppliers.
