TEAMSYSTEM SPA in Milano is seeking a Procurement Specialist to participate in negotiations and enhance supplier relationships. You'll conduct supplier scouting, monitor spending trends, and collaborate with internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics or related fields, possesses strong analytical capabilities, and has excellent communication skills. This role offers a hybrid work model, a base salary of €37,000–€41,000, and additional benefits aimed at employee well-being.

Role Overview

• Participate in strategic negotiations regarding the procurement/purchasing department.
• Conduct supplier scouting based on business needs.
• Monitor spending trends and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with other Business Units and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Department and external suppliers, optimizing existing processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Statistical Sciences, or Management Engineering.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and priority‑management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers and data interpretation.
• Ability to build quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Nice to have: previous experience within a procurement/purchasing office.
