Job summary

Bolton Food is seeking a Junior Buyer to support procurement across Oils, Ingredients and Smart Fish categories. You will create POs in SAP, manage contracts, and track deliveries while collaborating with multiple entities in a fast-moving food business.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and hands-on procurement in a global, sustainability-minded company. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Management Engineering.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish is nice to have.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Qlik Sense is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible with problem-solving and pragmatic approach to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in SAP.
• Manage documentation for purchasing operations and logistics.
• Follow up on POs and monitor contract execution and deliveries.
• Support Buyers across the Group’s entities.
• Prepare analyses and reports on price trends and procurement activities for assigned categories.

You will contribute to price trend analyses and category reporting, helping the team optimize procurement in a fast-moving food business.
