Job summary

Bolton Food is seeking a Junior Buyer to support procurement across Oils, Ingredients and Smart Fish categories. You will create and manage POs and contracts in SAP, track deliveries and contracts, and prepare analyses for price trends within a fast-moving food business.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and hands-on procurement in a global, sustainability-minded company, with health insurance and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Management Engineering.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish nice to have.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Qlik Sense a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible with problem-solving and pragmatic approach to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in SAP.
• Manage documentation for purchasing operations and logistics.
• Follow up on POs and monitor contract execution and deliveries, including schedules and consumption.
• Support Buyers across the Group’s entities.
• Prepare analyses and reports on price trends and procurement activities for assigned categories.
