Job summary

Bolton Food in Milan is seeking a Junior Buyer to join our Procurement Team, supporting management and execution of purchasing activities for Oils, Ingredients and Smart Fish categories. You will handle purchase orders and contracts in SAP, monitor deliveries, and prepare analyses on price trends.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Work Experience: 6 months - 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or related fields.
Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Qlik Sense is a plus.
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is expected.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with adaptable, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely execution of procurement activities.
Manage the documentation related to purchasing operations and logistics.
Follow up on purchase orders and monitor the execution of contracts and deliveries, including delivery schedules and contract consumption.
Support Buyers in procurement activities across the different entities of the Group.
Prepare analyses and reports on price trends and procurement activities for the assigned categories.
