PQE Group, a world leader in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, seeks a Junior Business Development professional to support projects in Milan. Responsibilities include increasing sales, negotiating with customers, preparing offers and contracts, processing orders, and resolving issues while using CRM tools.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Marketing/Finance or related field, willingness to travel, and a business development mindset.

• Experience in similar roles in pharma or consultancy is a plus.

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development to support our projects in Milan

You will be responsible for:

• Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers
• Conducting business negotiations with customers
• Preparation of commercial offers
• Preparation and approval of contracts
• Acceptance orders
• Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers
• Managing Internal CRM tools

About you

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development or Life Science field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
• Experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Consultancy Services will be a plus
• Availability to travel
• Business Development mentality: Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result oriented and a team player, able to work under pressure and stay resilient

What we offer:

Fixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio

Gross annual salary of: €23,500+commission bonus

Travel allowance for client visits, including same-day trips

Expenses for client visits will be fully reimbursed
