DXC Technology is seeking a Junior Business Consultant to support strategic transformation programs and project governance for automotive clients in Milano. You will collaborate with experienced consultants and client stakeholders to plan, coordinate and monitor complex business and technology initiatives.

The role targets motivated graduates with an engineering background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering disciplines, preferably with a focus on Sustainability, Environmental or Energy fields.
• Interest or short experience in Automotive industry or sustainability fields.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and client orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of strategic sustainability programs and transformation initiatives within Automotive and Manufacturing.
