Dentons Italy is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Corporate M&A group in Milan. You will work with specialized lawyers on high-profile deals in an international setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years PQE in Corporate M&A, an Italian law degree with top scores and a license to practice in Italy, plus fluent English (C1). Dentons offers training, a clear career path, and access to innovation tools.

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Between 1 and 2 years PQE in Corporate M&A in a comparable law firm.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other languages are a plus.

Requirements

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.

• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
