Dentons Italy seeks a Junior Associate in Rome to join its Competition & Antitrust group. You will work with experienced lawyers on complex matters in a dynamic, international environment.

We offer structured training, a clear career path and access to cutting-edge tools, including Daisy, our proprietary AI assistant. Fluency in English is required, Italian law degree and bar admission are essential.

Requirements

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Recently gained license to practice law in Italy.
• Between 2 and 3 years PQE in the Competition & Antitrust field, gained in a comparable law firm.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Global mindset and enthusiasm.
• You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
