Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Analyst to support the executive search lifecycle in a collaborative team environment. You will conduct industry research, identify prospective candidates, and assist consultants with candidate assessments and client reports.

This role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, disciplined research, and the ability to manage multiple projects while upholding the firm's ethical standards.

Competenze

• 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience.
• An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
• Developing and honing skills in professional communications, including writing, speaking, and presenting information in a clear and coherent manner.

Mansioni

• Research & Writing: Conduct industry research to gain understanding of the Client Company, industry and position requirements.
• Identify prospective candidates through targeted company research and using Heidrick's proprietary systems and methodologies.
• Assist Consultants in writing candidate assessments and preparing client reports.
• Support business development activities and pitch preparation as directed.
• Maintain progress reports and market feedback for presentation to Consultants and Clients.
