Heidrick & Struggles International is seeking a Student Analyst in Milan to support the research phase of executive recruiting. You will work with Search Partners and Principals, researching industries and companies, identifying prospective candidates, and helping prepare client reports.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration across teams globally, and developing deep knowledge of executive search processes while delivering high-quality data and insights to drive client outcomes.

Competenze

• 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Developing and honing skills in professional communications, including writing, speaking, and presenting information.

Mansioni

• Research industry to understand client company, industry, and position requirements.
• Identify prospective candidates through targeted company research and prior searches.
• Assist consultants in writing candidate assessments and presenting to clients.
• Prepare client reports and maintain data in CRM and internal systems.
