Jobtailor in Milano, Italy seeks a client services and project coordination professional to support assigned client groups from onboarding to go-live. You will assist with implementation readiness, testing (UAT and conformance), and coordinate communications across client and internal teams.

The role requires 1-2 years in client services or operations, a solid grasp of financial markets, and fluency in Italian or French and English. Experience with CRM and service management tools is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in client services, operations, project coordination, or similar roles (internships and junior profiles are welcome).
• Strong understanding of financial markets or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with client service operations and/or CCP environments is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM and service management tools.
• Fluency in Italian (or French) and English, both written and spoken.
