Sysdig is seeking a Support Engineer focused on hands-on enablement in Italy. You will build labs, automate training setups with Bash/Python, and troubleshoot the delivery platform using Instruqt and LMS.

You’ll create engaging sessions, demos, and workshops, and develop clear courseware aligned to learning outcomes. You will leverage AI coding tools to speed lab creation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with technical audiences.

Competenze

• Experience creating hands-on labs and instructional content.
• Ability to design and deliver training sessions, demos and workshops.
• Proficiency with Bash/Python for automating training setups.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools to accelerate lab creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native concepts.
