Sysdig is seeking a Support Engineer to help clinicians and teams learn cloud security tools through hands-on labs and engaging training. You will automate training setup, troubleshoot the delivery platform, and co-create sessions with senior instructors, blending lab-building with clear instructional materials.

You’ll use Bash/Python and YAML, work with Instruqt and LMS, and apply AI tools to accelerate lab creation while staying accurate.

• Experience building hands-on labs and instructional content.
• Ability to design and deliver training sessions, demos and workshops.
• Automation of training environments using Bash/Python; troubleshoot labs and delivery tools.
