Sysdig is seeking a Junior Support Engineer in Ancona, Marche to help clinicians and teams learn to use cloud security tools. You will build hands-on lab content, automate training setup with Bash/Python, and troubleshoot the delivery platform alongside senior instructors.

You will design and deliver training sessions, produce clear courseware, and leverage AI tools to accelerate lab creation while keeping content accurate. Strong written and verbal English is essential.

As a Support Engineer at Sysdig, you will help clinicians and teams learn to use cloud security tools effectively, building hands-on lab content and delivering engaging training. You’ll automate parts of the training setup, troubleshoot the delivery platform, and co-create sessions with senior instructors. Your work will blend practical lab-building with clear instructional materials, using AI tools to accelerate content while ensuring accuracy. This role supports the broader mission to secure innovation in the cloud and to empower customers through hands-on enablement.
