RINA Consulting S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Software Quality Engineer to join the Rome team within the Operating Engine division.

The role focuses on ensuring production processes and products meet the highest quality standards, inspecting documents, verifying tests, and managing non-conformities. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering, with experience in quality control/assurance and familiarity with MIL-STD-498 and MIL-STD-2167A.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities to uphold high standards.
• Familiarity with Software Product Life Cycle and related processes.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management and Non-Conformance Management.

Mansioni

• Act as the quality interface towards programs, project teams, and customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Participate in formal software reviews, including documenting meeting minutes, recording review outcomes, and tracking related actions.
• Verify software definition documentation, manage variants in different software versions, and handle non-conformities effectively.
• Take part in the Dry-Run phase and formal tests on released software products, ensuring correct execution of tests and managing non-conformities.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and trends to monitor project progress and quality standards.
• Create and update software quality plans, as well as support the development of software management plans.
