Oversonic Robotics in Carate Brianza seeks a Junior Administrator to join the AFC team, reporting to the CFO and the Board. You will handle accounting entries, document management, and supplier accreditation tasks as part of a growing humanoid robotics company.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or AFM, at least 2 years in a similar role, English at B1, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work is available, and a driving licence is required.

• Strong Excel skills; experience with MAGO ERP preferred

Your Responsibilities

• Accounting entries using ERP systems
• Document management for active flow
• Tracking warranty, maintenance, and service schedules
• Registration on supplier accreditation portals
• Document management for supplier accreditation
• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• Management of reporting for grants and funding programs

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or AFM diploma
• At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role
• English proficiency (minimum level B1)
• Good command of Excel; experience with ERP MAGO is preferred
