Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in general accounting or administration.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and closings.
• Ability to work independently on recurring activities and interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and approve suppliers and manage accounts payable cycle.
• Review contracts and perform accounts payable processing and payment of invoices.
• Record, check and reconcile invoices and manage VAT and fixed asset registers.
• Support periodic and year-end closings and variance analysis.
• Assist in tax compliance and documentation for audits and controls.
