Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

•Work as a part of the L3 support team

•Develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests

•Bug fixing & enhancements of work packages and services

•Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java

•Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation

Nice to have skills:

•Knowledge on Banking domain

•Experience using JIRA

•C/C++/VB knowledge

•Block chain
